Fujita Corporation, a Daiwa House Group company (Headquarter: Shibuya-ku Tokyo, President: Yoji Okumura) used the "Shi-a-ge Checker" *1 management system for the first time during a private viewing at "The Residence Tsudanuma Kanade-no-mori" and confirmed its efficiency. The tool is intended to assist with final inspection of interior finish at construction sites and was co-developed in 2013 with Corenet International Corporation (Headquater :
Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, President : Yukihumi Ouchi). This system inspects the interior finish using an iPad, saving time and increasing efficiency compared with traditional hand-written reports.

At private viewings of condominiums for sale, clients typically inspect the unit and the constructor accompanying them fills out a report by hand when things must be addressed or corrected. This process is both time-consuming and produces hand-written notes that can be damaged or are hard for others to read. In addition, a lot of effort can be required to standardize the correction instruction report for the construction company due to use of personal expressions and language used by the person who filled out the form.

By using "Shi-a-ge Checker", correction items can be recorded faster and the clients don't need to be kept waiting. The clearer, more organized inspection report format is highly valued by both clients and vendors due to the smoother inspection process.

The system standardizes the inspection terms, so the chance of the report needing to be re-written has decreased and efficiency is improved. The inspection result can be printed in the desired format, and the specific construction company can be assigned at the time of the inspection, so the correction instruction report is completed at the end of the inspection. Since the report does not need to be re-created from the scratch after the inspection, the amount of time to prepare the report is reduced by 90%. Human error is also eliminated, due to the automated formatting.

We will increase the utilization of the system at the sites and continue to improve the system.
