Fujita acquired the next generation accreditation mark "KURUMIN"

Fujita Corporation was granted the next-generation accreditation mark "KURUMIN" by the Tokyo Labor Bureau, dated October 5, 2012. This logo indicates Fujita Corporation has been acknowledged as a general business owner that has continued to meet the accreditation standard based on the Supporting and Nurturing the Next Generation Promotion Law.

Fujita Corporation has already drew up its own General Business Owner Action Plans and put it into operation in order to support employees' childcare, and our operations and activities to achieve our goals have been acknowledged as meeting the standard.

In the Action Plans, six aims* (spanned over the period from June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2012) are defined to support the idea of promoting a good work-life balance for employees and to create a working environment in which everyone can concentrate on what employees do and thereby become proficient at their given skill. We also addressed the expansion of the scope of nursing care leave and the facility for working at home.

From now on, we will make the best use of the certification for business and recruiting activities, and make efforts to provide our employees with working systems for a better work-life balance.

Six aims

  • Trial of working at home
  • Providing better working systems for employees having children
  • Effective utilization of the current personnel manage systems
  • Education to use working time effectively
  • Education to children and students for the acknowledgement of craftsmanship and community development
  • Acceptance of internship to provide university students with working experience
