In addition to our main construction business, for the past 30 years or so we have been actively engaged in real estate development, and have completed many urban and regional redevelopment projects - creating many new residential, commercial, and industrial zones. For example, in inner urban areas where the industrial base has been in decline, we have carried out extensive redevelopment that has allowed business to come back and the life of the community to return to normal.
