Earth Air Purification Civil Marker Unmanned Construction

Fujita's Civil Marker system provides a way to determine the location, depth and type of buried objects from above ground without the aid of charts, making management of complex infrastructure easy. Our system even allows collaborative work through network-integrated GIS or GPS data.

What are Civil Markers?

Civil markers are intelligent marking systems (consisting of data carriers and display units) which are used in managing buried objects and facilities. They can be supplied in avariety of form factors, none of which require batteries or external power sources.

Information regarding the position, depth and type of the buried object in question can be read (and written) in a non-contact method using the special reader/writer.

The location of objects can be confirmed quickly on site, without the need to refer to charts. And, with no need for digging test-pits on projects, damage to buried objects from drilling errors can be eliminated.

Uses of Civil Marker

  • Management of power, gas, water, sewerage and other town infrastructure.
  • Management of site boundaries, road boundaries and other coordinates.
  • Management of the position of underground drain structures including culverts and common drains.
  • Management of factory and plant pipelines.
  • Management of railway tracks and power and signal cables.
  • Management of surveying points for public works construction.
